You forgot to send a Notice to Owner? Here’s what you can do

A construction lien is a right permitted to those in the construction industry who provide materials, services or labor to real property. If one who provides these services or materials are not paid, he or she may be able to force the sale of the property in order to recover their money. On this episode, we will cover deadlines associated with most, but not every, construction lien. But if you believe you’ve missed a lien deadline, and as a result might have missed your chance to get paid. Don’t give up! There are still options to exhaust.
